Shipping Information
If you place an order with us it is our responsibility to have your order successfully delivered to you. For the delivery we use the services of PostNL.
Orders placed on working days before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day. If you place an order after 5:00 PM, it will be shipped the next working day. If you place an order on the weekend, it will be shipped the next working day. We offer free shipping on all orders within Europe. For international shipping, please see the tables below.
Tracking Your Order
When we ship your order, you will receive an e-mail with all the information about the package and the expected delivery date.
Delivery Time and Shipping Costs
All packages will be sent from The Netherlands. Quinevère also delivers internationally within the EU and certain countries outside the EU. Based on your address you will receive an indication of the delivery date by email. In the tables below you can view the shipping costs and the expected delivery time per country based on working days.
