Refund and Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving the item(s) without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to Quinevère are for your own account.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product does not meet the above conditions, depreciation may be charged. If the product can no longer be sold, the depreciation can be up to 100%.

Only partial refunds are granted if the item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and wit any items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To return your product, please send an e-mail to info@quinevere.com. Afterwards you have two options to return your order:

    1. You can submit your return at: https://quinevere-returns.shipping-portal.com/rp/. Fill in your postal code and the order number or the track & trace number, and return your order in just a few steps.
    2. You can send your product back to us by using your local postoffice. You can find the return address at the bottom of the page by ‘Return Address’.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days but at least within 14 days after we received the return.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@quinevere.com.

 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Sealed Products

Sealed products cannot be returned if the seal is broken.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged delivered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, first send us an email at info@quinevere.com. We will provide you with the exchange policy. Your item can afterwards be sent to our address. you can find the return address at the bottom of the page by ‘Return Address’.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
